I am awaiting an apt with a urologist for a possible circumcision and considering a dorsal slit as an option but the couple of pics I have seen don't look good. Anyone had any success with this and would recommend it as an option ? I have been uncut all my life and am gutted that my foreskin has suddenly become tight when erect so difficult to retract especially as the Dr cannot find any problem ie phimosis etc, he just said it can sometimes happen. Creams haven't helped so I am looking at possible options. Thanks guys
