So I got dostal slit circumcised at may 21 2019, and its swollen so much is it normal? 2 days swollen

Doesn’t look normal, looks like lot of edema....wait for a week or so and consult your surgeon again.

Mate , that looks like a post op buried penis , a rare complication after circumcision , please go and check it out pronto , do not wait .
