I have been putting off posting this as I was unsure how to describe and if it appropriate. But here goes...
During Sex my Wife often gets VERY Wet, whilst this is a turn on to think I can get her THAT excited it can often leave me with little feeling. This can result in loss of erection.
Pre Circumcision a quick pull would have me hard again but now that does not work so well. I also suffer from cold hands which I am told is due to poor circulation.
Is it possible that my inability to maintain an erection is due to poor circulation ?
Has anyone got any tips or recommendations to improve circulation or maintain my erection ?

Hi ,Yes my WF does the same ,I am not cut but did buy a cock ring vibrating one which helped my erection to stay hard and with my WF made her dry up a bit which also helped me again ,as for cold hands may need to see a doctor on that one
Yes it may be related to poor circulation. To be sure you can undergo penis doppler test, wherein doctor can see whether veins in penis are properly retaining blood required for erection. Or it can be just anxiety, maybe in the mind you have this thing about circumcision etc.
Tips are: Exercise a lot, less stress, less junk food, body weight under control, include almonds, walnuts, bananas, milk etc in your diet.
Anyways sugar intake should be limited and under control. I hope you don't have any other chronic illness which maybe one factor too.
Nuts really help as per my personal experience. But again it should be balanced intake otherwise can affect digestive system. Selenium is it, share some information if you remember. Brazil nuts are good source of it.
When you say 'I was told it was poor circulation' ~ told by whom ?
Difficulty maintaining an erection IS often a function of circulatory / heart problems.......In fact I have seen it written ( and it is plausible) that it can be a bit of a 'canary in the mine' for alerting people to the fact that the heart may need attention.
The attention may be as simple as losing a lot of weight ( but are you overweight ? ) or it may need more by way of medical intervention.
But you should certainly not delay in consulting your GP .
Some doctors' surgeries share specialisms around the doctors and yours may well have a GP who specialises in erectile disfunction.
If not you may need a referral to a urologist and / or heart specialist.
Hi J, I was wandering how old you were when you were circumcised, and how old you are now. I ran into the same issue a couple of years ago. I got on Google and started to do some research on why I would have lost all my sensation on my penis. With out sensation, you can't keep an erection or hit climax, and all the Viagra in the world won't help. I found the only probable cause, and that was being circumcised at birth. The only cure for that is to regrow the foreskin. After 9 months, I have full coverage over the head when flaccid and I'm producing my own natural oil now and it has made a world of difference. I have sensation that I never had before. Don't really need the Viagra now. Not that It did any good anyhow. At my age (61), cold extremities seem to be the norm. I do exercise a lot. Lift weights and run, and it helps a lot. I'm going to brag here, because my doc says I'm the fittest 61 year old patient he has. No body believes I'm 61.
If you're from the US, don't bother asking your Doc about this, because the medical schools teach them nothing about the foreskin other than to cut it off and through it away. I'm now in the process of training all my doctors about the purpose of the foreskin.
Hope this helps. Most of the pro-circumcisionist don't believe me.
Yes, it is absolutely possible, I've done it. For information and how to do it, go to norm.org. They have tons of information on the foreskin. The new one is just a replica, but does the same job as the original, without the problems. If you want to contact me personally, just let me know.
If the prob is partly that her vag gets too wet..........have you thought about trying the back door ? you could use some of her juice as lube............. but it would be a much tighter grip......
Understand completely. It’s a blessing and curse all at the same time.
I think part of it is in your head. If you're concerned about pulling completely out and jabbing yourself to the point of hurting yourself during sex ...that's a big concern. I think it's a legitimate argument but it doesnt help with staying hard. If you have high blood pressure that doesnt help either. Rule that out. I've had problems maintaining erection all my life and makes a good head trip. Worrying about performance resulted in losing it 90% of the time.
