I had a dorsal slit surgery. I read that after an year the skin will hang down, but even if will look like that, the head will be cover ? When will be flacid? This is how looks a dorsal slit surgery after one month

From your photo, it does not appear that your dorsal slit was done very far back to your sulcus. Only the tip was cut. Maybe your foreskin will continue to cover most of your glans.

From the dorsal slits I have seen done in the Philippines the boys are spit all the way back to the rim. The remaining foreskin left after being cut all the way back will hang down around the penis.

You may choose to keep your foreskin pulled back over the rim all the time. Either way your penis should be fine, I did not read why you had the dorsal slit. Was your foreskin too tight to retract properly

Your foreskin should be easy to retract now for cleaning.
