Had a circumcision 4 weeks ago (I’m in my forties, it was needed because of phimosis). Some days my glans sensitivity is quite high (and uncomfortable) , some days it is much lower. I can’t work out if this is due to nighttime erections, or underwear choice, or exercise (I’m taking daily walks), or something else. I’ve had no sex (solo or otherwise) in that time. Just wondering what others’ experience has been, and whether things are likely to settle down?
