Most of my stitches have dissolved, was even able to masturbate today without any pain. I no longer feel the effects of the surgery but I wanna know how risky it is to work out again

It all depends on your healing, I went back to the gym after a week of circumcision but I took things slowly now I exercise the whole body intensely without any discomfort...
