Mate just be very careful when you do it, massage the shaft more than the tip, don’t pull too hard and you should be ok, I’m 4 weeks post op and wanking and shagging with no problem, I had a wank after week 3 very carefully and it was fine.

I think we live in a free world. It's different just gentle to fondle glans with lube than to stroke wound area and shaft skin like before. There is a minor risk to get open wound again. Then you need more time to heal than now. The wound tensile strenght is not there yet. I used supportive strips of skin tape first four weeks. I have to make an confession, I did a testdrive gently around that time.

What I did when I was in your situation was that I only massaged my glans until I ejaculated. I did not stroke the shaft since I didn’t want to cause any internal damage. Know that there is still internal healing that’s going on and you don’t want to cause any discomfort or damage.
