Hey, new to this page.

About to turn 48 yrs old and have had an awesome, healthy sex life for the last 31 or so but am all of a sudden having major dramas with premature ejaculation.

I am actually lucky now if I can even hold back long enough for my wife when she takes hold of me to guide me in. If I get past that I would be doing well to last 3 to 6 or maybe even a dozen thrusts at the most.

To put things in perspective, we used to go all night when really getting into it or at least an hour or so. Worst case scenario would've been half an hour I guess so to struggle to even be able to hold off long enough to enter her once now is extremely embarrassing to the point I am avoiding having any sexual contact at all costs it seems.

She says it doesn't matter to her but I absolutely hate it and still desire to please and pleasure her by making love to her as best I can as she is my world and as you would understand I love her dearly but I just can't seem to do it anymore no matter how much I want to or no matter how hard I try.

Yes I can still get her off with foreplay with my fingers and hand and also perform oral sex on her which I think I am quite good at and seems to please her but I want to be able to give her more.

I don't care if you are male, female or otherwise, any help or suggestions to fix or even alleviate my problem would be greatly appreciated. I would prefer not to have to turn to drugs/medication, but rather explore more natural alternatives.

Have you tried jerking off little bit before sex? With cumming before you have sex it might help you last longer. It has helped me last longer in the past.
