Feeling of ejaculation/Spasm if ejaculation kills my erection

We all know this "spasm" on our penis when we are about to ejaculate. This feeling happens to me even at the start of the sexual intercourse (but without ejaculation) and it destroys my erection. Does anyone know what that is? At the exact time of the ejaculation, your penis does a specific movement with it's muscles and it's like when you perform a kegel exercise or you hold you pee, this spam/movement happening in your penis, also happens while ejaculationThat's what happens to be but multiple times during sex and it kills my erection

Well, with most men, an erection goes away after an orgasm. It sounds like you're having multiple orgasms but without the semen. It's puzzling though why you reach these orgasms that early during sex and why so often. It will be interesting what other replies you get.

I'm wondering too, though these small orgasms are not satisfying like the last one, in which I also ejaculate. They are just a spasm which makes my erections worse without any satisfaction

Hi Azyde.

Reading your posts, I'm wondering whether you've recently started taking any medication which might have affected your sexual functioning?

Hi there!

Thank you for your response. It was just a thought. I take a veritable cocktail of medications which have affected my 'performance', and thought the same might possibly be true for you.

Maybe the time has come for you to consult your GP or a urologist for a proper medical investigation?

I do wish you well, and hope a diagnosis and subsequent solution is forthcoming.

Take care - and all good wishes.

I would look into Retrograde ejaculation.

But retrograde doesn't let you ejaculate at all right?

You still do ejaculate. But into the bladder instead. It sometimes happens to me because of the medicine I am taking.
