it's been 2 and a half weeks after my circumcision.. my wound is nice and dry and seems to heal very nicely ,still have a few stitches in.. I have one spot that started to bleed a little bit after I soaked it in salt water..should I only clean the wound twice per day?? would you maybe recommend any ointment I could use to speed up the recovery?
Well, how many times you clean the wound per day, if you wonder if twice is enough? 
Once a day is enough on third week, because every time you wet the wound the temperature on wound (bed) falls below 33 °C and it slows down the healing process.

You can apply petroleum jelly/medical honey ointment on to incision site and cover the wound until it is healed and there is no discharge anymore.
I stopped using saltwater because the same thing happened to me. I ended up having a decent bleed at my frenelum area. I went back to cleaning once a day with non scented anti-bacterial soap in the shower and so far it's been good.
