Bumps around circumcision scar

I had a circumcision 3 weeks ago which was closed up with dissolvable stitches. I read that most people’s stitches disappear within 2-3 weeks, but so far all of mine are still there.

What’s worrying me more is that I seem to have “bumps” all around my scar line. There seems to be a bump in between each of the stitches.

I just wanted to ask whether other people had experienced a lumpy scar line in the first few weeks of healing, and whether they should eventually disappear.

Most of my stitches dissolved at around 10 day mark. The 3-4 ones left were dangling and fell off at around 2 weeks.

I did have bumps between the stitches. It has gone down over time and will be reduced as the wound heals.

The Frenulum one will take the longest to heal
