8 weeks post OP now. Healing has been going well I think and the pain has been gone. My penis is still shorter, but I'm giving that time. Anyway, I have those bumps along the scar line that correspond with where the dissolvable sutures were. It's a little worse on the right side compared to the left, but it's not flat on either side. When did it flatten out for you all? Several months in?

thanks to this forum, I started that yeah. i've been using it for a couple weeks. The bumps are evenly spaced. They look exactly like they did when the sutures were still there, so I'm assuming it's normal. It's just idk. I thought it would flatten by now.
A lot of circumcisions are ones that were done neonatally and have had years to resolve. It seem that time is the factor like the scars from any surgery.
Yeah I guess I wait. Frustrating The closest explanation I could find was on suture bumps(granulomas) after skin cancer removal. It said it could take months to resolve. I saw some guys post pics soon after and their scar was already flat. It had me concerned mine was abnormal, but perhaps it isn't.
It's just under an inch shorter when erect. It's been that way since circumcision. Actually i'd say it was even shorter than that the first 2 weeks post-OP. Seems like a fairly common side effect for others too. The skin is tight when I get an erection and it even pulls my right testicle up the shaft some. Although it's been feeling better, I haven't seen any more recovery in the length yet.
My issue regarding pulling on the shaft is similar. It seems, when erect, the scrotal skin is pulled up along the underside of the length of the shaft. 3 yrs post op and it's still an issue plaguing me. Not sure if this is normal.
