Circumcision tightness around scar 4 weeks post opp

I was circumcised 4 weeks ago and seems to be healing well, small part of frenulum left to heal.

I did have an infection after 4 days due to returning to work too early. However antibiotics sorted that out and pain went and have had no pain since.

I believe I have a looser circumcision as my skin covered a quarter of the glands until a week ago and now the skin sits behind the head and I can see the scar line if I pull back slightly. Scar looks bumpy and will prob take much longer to settle down or smooth out if it does.. swelling seems to have now gone or mostly.

That’s my history so my question/problem is, when I have an erection it feels like the scar line is tight. This has nothing to do with length but more circumference. Has any one else experienced this and does this get better with time and loosen up? I initially had this procedure done due to tight forskin. I am hoping this loosens up with time and putting down to internal still healing.

Hi. You sound identical to me and I was cut 4 weeks ago. My skin rolls down over head a bit when soft. Erections feel tight as well and around it not length as you mention. I had Phimosis. Send me a private message if you want.

Does the lumpy skin from scar smooth out over time? Or will this remain lumpy.

You can use anti-scar gel/ cream bro. Mine got smoother.
