How lang after circumcision should i stop using perfumed soaps?

I am on day 22. almost all the stitches are out.

You don't have to ever use perfumed soap on penis. Mucosa can be washed just using plain water. If you still want to use something I suggest to use soapless soap pH near 5.5. That won't irritate skin. I have used soapless 'Sebamed' liquid face & body wash for years. There are similar available.

I mean i’ve been using soap my hole life. But how bout the running soap water then. I was told only neutral and nonparfumed soaps but not for how long?

After 24-48 hrs post-op, but the safest is to wait until there is no yellowish discharge or bleeding on wound anymore.

Should be fine but I'd advise always using fairly mild soap on that part, it's delicate and now you're circumcised it doesn't get a collection of natural oils like it would before.
