Whatever the case , it is generally recommended to hold off any sexual activity till at least 6 Weeks post op. The swelling and bleeding might have gone but internal healing and the area around the frenulum usually takes longer. I would wait it off if I were you . All the best !

Whilst you are still healing, you should avoid doing anything deliberate that may cause an erection. So NO PORN, no masturbation and definitely no sex.

You need at least 4 weeks before GENTLE self masturbation and 6-8 weeks before being masturbated or penetrative sex.

I want to preface that I'm not a doctor, so take my advice as you will. My doctor had recommended for me not to do either until a min of 6 weeks. Although, sadly I'm a bit hypersexual and did so around day 10. Really, was more thoughts than watching porn. Was actively trying to avoid thinking about sex, but difficult in my case. I was still quite sore around the wound and shaft, although managed to get around it by only rubbing the glans which worked surprisingly well. Erections at this time didn't bother me as much, only accidentally touching the wound.

Took the same approach up until the 5th week and was able to semi return to doing it normally. I still avoid the wound as it is still kind of tender, but nowhere near where it was day 10 thankfully. Had even resumed sex within a few days of week 6. Not something that I feel I can do often as the wound is still kind of tender when the skin is pulled, but can start working back into my prior routine. Everyone heals differently though.

So, if you want to try it out, make sure to listen to your body. If you're still in a bit of pain even rubbing the glans, definitely stop and wait until you've healed a bit more. You'll want to for sure use lube if you decide to do anything, just to reduce some of the friction.

My doctor recommended that I do neither until at least 6-7 weeks have passed. So no porn, no masturbation, and definitely no sex. Probably not a good idea, tbh. You really need to abstain from sexual activity for 6 weeks or thereabouts, so although watching porn may seem OK, it's what it may lead to that's really the issue. Keep your hand away from your penis, and keep it in your pants for another few weeks. Not easy, I know, especially if you've a high sex-drive, but you don't want to risk damaging yourself by getting down to it too soon. Best wishes!! SetteeSofa
