Penis has weird bumps after second circumcision

My penis looks weird after getting circumcised and there’s weird bumps along the frenulum area. I can’t stand this anymore I got a second circ to fix my first one but now it looks even weirder than before. What should I do to help fix this? Im at a loss I’ve lived my whole life being insecure about my penis.

What does your doctor or surgeon say about it?

I have the same issue. I'm 9 weeks post surgery and going back to the doctor to see what is going on. Never had them before the surgery.
