hardened skin around suture line and small lump at frenulum post circumcision after 5 weeks

I am mid thirties adult , had to go for circumcision a month back ~ 35 days now

in the first week post surgery , i had a stirtch near frenulum which was causing blood ozing very frequently due to which i had to get dressing changed two times in a day regulary for 2 weeks

now that has healed and so has my stitches fell off as well.

but the problem now i have it that i see some skin hardening around frenulum which is like kind of hard , sort of lump and it itchy and slightly bothering me , if i touch kind of gives little discomfort and pain too.

Now sure if this is normal part of healing that surtured line becomes hard and then eventually soft with hime

please advise

I’m only one week post op and I have this too. Just to the right of my frenulum there is a lump which is darker than the rest of the skin, I’ve been worried about whether it is normal too, and after I wear a bandage or gauze I have drops of blood on it as well.

My stitches have been itchy too which is really annoying. Are night time erections still uncomfortable after 1 month?

Yeah night errection hurts till end of 2nd week , post that it should be normal

For me I had wear bandage for almost 4 weeks because of this uneasy feeling /sometimes itchiness. But now no longer there

Only problem for me in 5th week is lump has slight pain around frenulum so worried if it could impact me

I think the lump beside my frenulum is where most of my sensitivity is coming from, interested to see if anyone has had a similar experience
