Almost 4 Weeks After Circumcision. There are three small lumps under the skin on the shaft like tiny, soft knots. They're painless. They are nowhere close to the incision line. Sometimes they're more visible than other times. Can't find much info online. Hoping this is normal and goes away. I don't like this lumpy look. Anyone have any experience with this? A couple guys said it's sealed off veins but I'm wondering why do I have 3 and why so far from incision. Never had this before the operation.
When I google subcataneous granuloma on penis, I see one image that kind of looks like me. Some lymphangitis on penis images sort of looks like me but mine are more round/circular looking like little lumps. I haven't found anything completely identical to what I have.
I am negative from all STDs. And no health conditions.
Trying to get a new urologist to look at it as my current urologist/surgeon is a complete jerk. He answers no questions and he's useless. Whenever I see a new doctor, I will post an update to see what he says.

Hi, I had a couple of these under the skin and they were where the surgeon used a cautery to seal off blood vessels, they went down after a while. I also have one on the surface of the skin where I was a bit vigorous pulling a stitch out. That hasn't gone down!
You're very welcome. Wish I'd known about this site before I was done 2 years ago. Because I was heading to Africa the doc gave me sterile equipment to remove my own stitches. I pulled the knot through with one but I can live with it. Hope you're happy with the result, it feels very different but good
Wow. I have dissolvable stitches and mine are pretty much gone now. I just have scabs that need to heal up and fall off. I can't believe you were told to remove stitches yourself. Is that normal in your part of the world? That doesn't even sound legal here.
