PLEASE READ!! My penis is covered in scabbing and not smooth after circ revision surgery.

almost 20 days ago I had a surgery to get rid of my phimosis/ glandular adhesion/ BXO. I have noticed that the stitches seem to be gone but the head of my penis is covered in yellow dark- ish colored scabbing. On the bottom of the head of my penis, where they removed the adhered skin, it Is red and yellow. Is this normal for healing? Should I be worried? What can I do to make this heal faster?

Not a Health doctor, but I’m on 21 days and mine is the same. I’ve read and been told that the yellow stuff is good and it means it’s healing.
