When will I be able to masterbate after circumcision revision surgery?

It has been exactly one week and one day since I had my circumcision revision surgery. Before the surgery I had years of scar tissue adhered to the penis gland. The doctor said I had phimosis as well and said something about BXO which I believe is a type of phimosis. He said during surgery it took 20 mins to get just the scar tissue off. He said it was the worst case he has ever seen... little to say It was pretty traumatic. Now my stitches have to heal as well as the skin on the head of my penis where he removed the adhered scar tissue. I get night erections all the time and I feel the stitches stretching and hurting. I went from masterbating 1-2 times a day to nothing. Has anyone else has the same experience? Can someone share some tips. When can I masterbate?

You need to give it about 6 weeks or you may find that you damage the work the surgeon has done.

You should not deliberately induce an erection until you are well healed. All the stitches must be out, all cuts scabbed over and the scabs then fallen off naturally. Acting too early can undo much of the healing adn just prolong things.

It is impossibe to give exact times as everyone is differect and the state of your penis before the procedure can significantly affect things. However, it is often safely possible to gently masturbate after 4 weeks, provided you don't touch the scar areas. Intercourse should wait for at least 8 weeks.

Hi Man you need to give it time you have been through a lot and you don't want any setbacks with the healing. To help with the night time erections try not to drink before bedtime sleep on your side with your knees bent forward this will help. Some say that Sudafed decongestant help to reduce them as well. BXO is a condition that causes scarring to the skin that would explain the adhesion to the glans it also causes phimosis and Discolouration it can be serious if left untreated. I think It would not have improved for you with steroid creams you were lucky to have it sorted so just give it time.

Think I masturbated after about 4 weeks so you are half way there. Just be very, very gentle with it when you do and if you're like me you'll find that after 4 weeks of not ejaculating it will take almost nothing to cum!
