Bump on penis

I'm also having a small bump on penis. first I noticed it 2 or 3 months ago and thought it's a vein as it was very minute.

But now it's almost a size of beed..diameter is about 0.5 cm

Please tell me what should i do.

What is it.

Should I consult doctor.if yes which doctor.

What will happen if it's ignored
