I was circumcised just under 3 weeks ago (20 days ago to be exact). Since the circumcision took place, I have not been able to see the incision line or the stitches on the top at all, I can however see that some stitches have disappeared from the bottom and that part does seem to be healing fine. To clarify, I was cut under the NHS and got a low and tight cut.
So far, I have healed completely well with no pain or anything whatsoever. I've noticed that I do still get very small discharge from when I've slept over night. The swelling is nearly at 0, but still can't see any stitches or the cut line on the top and it's concerning me a little.
I probably can see the stitches etc when I have an erection, but I'm too afraid to look when I get one and I only really get them throughout the night.
Just looking for some advice as the thought of infection is scaring me to be honest. I have absolutely no symptoms of infection, other than tiny amounts of what I think is discharge, but unsure.
Any advice is appreciated.

hey man. I think it will still be swelling. That takes quite some time to go away. As you say you'll see cut line when erect or semi. What does it look like then? You are safe to get a bit hard (just don't play!)
6-9 WEEKS?! God I don't know if I can go much longer haha. I was told the 4 week mark by my doctor would be fine. Why do you advise on the 6-9 week mark? Just curious
My urologist said to wait until 6 weeks, but that 6-9 weeks is the best to allow the outer wound to heal properly and some internal healing to have taken place too. Believe me... it's a struggle, but I think I was right to wait.
To be honest every time I've gotten a semi or an erection, I've been too scared to look! I'll need to man up and take a look though next time it happens to make sure everything's fine! Thanks for the peace of mind
