Guys I’m on day 20 circumcised and Im left with 4 stitches and the one at the top is disappearing under the skin I don’t think it will come out,what should I do

You could ask the nurse or doctors to remove them. They have done their job now.
You shouldn't worry about the stiches as they are absorbed by your body, they are not harmful. Just don't try to pull any of them out by yourself.
Some stitches dissolve and some fall off, you should be good my man, just let it do it's own thing and dont pull it off
