Loose skin and irregular cut under glans penis!

Got circumcision on 11th December, some portion is healing alright. But underneath the glans (frenulum area), healing is quite slow, and there is considerable amount of loose skin. Along with loose skin, the cut is very irregular and giving me bad feelings that it might not look good later on.

Whilst the shang’s ring was on, frenulum tore itself during an erection, maybe that has something to do with it?

What should I do? or anyone with similar situation?

Healing around the frenulum is always slower than the rest of the wound and particularly if you had a tear.

Do you need the loose skin to accommodate your erection? As to the irregular scar, I guess you have no longer got whatever penis health problem that prompted you to seek circumcision. Beyond that, the forum is not the place to discuss the aesthetics of penises.

I do not know if the loose skin is to accommodate erection.

And I am pretty sure that irregular loose skin wasn’t the reason I got circumcised.

Hi Harry. Just let it heal for now it's still very early days for you. the frenulum is always the slowest to heal just give it time. If things still concern you then you can have it assessed with your doctor again.

thnx, I told my surgeon about this matter. and he said, the loose skin is swelling and it should go away pretty soon.And I am pretty sure it’s just extra skin, not swelling. Because it’s not even swollen. I will leave it as it is for now. Hopefully I see some progress in a week or so...

I feel some of it will be from swelling but you won't really know on till you are fully healed. I'd see how things are after 2 months maybe. Massaging the area with some oils or moisturizers will help healing.

Mine has more skin in that area also. It's done that way to accommodate an erection. It only looks "loose" because you're flaccid. You had much more loose skin when you were intact.
