My penis head is nowhere near as sensitive/hurtful as weeks 1-3. In fact, today, I accidentally hit it a couple of times, but it wasn't a big deal. (I don't know how my penis keeps getting in the way of stuff and getting hit. I'm not even big).
The opening of my urethra used to be nice and perfectly smooth right after circumcision. Since then, a part of the opening got a little wrinkly. This is just me being extra-observant but maybe this wrinkly look is because it has gotten naturally densensitized from the constant rubbing against underwear, daily exposure to air, etc.
My surgeon said no masturbation, working out, or sex for "4 weeks." (At one point he said 6 weeks). Well, after 4 weeks, I can say I am definitely NOT ready for sex yet. I still have scabs that need to fall off. I'm debating if I'm ready to workout again. I don't want to complicate anything (even though I don't see the connection between working out and my penis). This is the longest I've ever gone in my life not working out.
All stitches are fully dissolved.
I think the surgeon used his own hands to circumcise me and not a device. The top of my penis is neatly cut, but the bottom of the penis is not a nice, neat cut. It's a little jagged/lean like trying to draw a straight line on a paper but your penmark goes upward. It's not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have a smoother straighter, more consistent cut.
Been erect a few times. My erections feel maybe 90% back to normal. Just a very slight discomfort if I am 100% hard. Nonetheless, I like how it looks. I can't wait to put it to use with my Lady when I'm fully healed, LOL.
I still have a slightly "lumpy" look at times. Other guys on this forum have said it's from sealed off veins/cauterization during the surgery. Sometimes it looks worse than others. I don't know why. I think it looks a little better compared to last week/the week before. At this point, this is the main thing I'm waiting on to get completely back to normal. Others here have said it took them 2-3 months for the lumps to go down. I have 3 little lumps like swollen veins/nodules.
Seems like most guys here are from UK/Europe and not a lot from the U.S. Nonetheless, great site to have. People here have answered every concern I can think of.

I am on 20th day and there are two knots near frenulum. One on skin and the other on gland. Will thesefall off on their own? Any idea how long this will take to fall off?
Sorry to hear. Did you do anything to aggravate that area? What is the size of the open wound?
One day I wore jeans and spent an hour driving and because of how I sat, I popped open one of my stitches. It dripped a little blood, like pin drops. I kept gauze in my underwear and it stopped dripping the same day/next day.
And there was another day I saw a pin drop of yellow fluid, but again nothing gushing out or oozing out or anything. It was a drop and it stopped the next day.
It is a big wound. It is almost in the size of ‘reply’ button here in the forum.
And I haven’t done anything to aggrevate the area
I know that frenulum takes time. But, I am not seeing much improvement. It is the same wound since last 3weeks. Its still leaking yellowish fluid mixed with blood. It still sticks to my gauze everyday and hurts a lot while I am removing it.
The frenulum area takes longest to heal because it rests against the scrotum and isn’t exposed to the air like the rest of the incision. That’s normal.
I am feeling the same, I am in 4the week . Exactly 26 days today. As per my surgeons it's normal. Healing well
Not being unsympathetic, but your first paragraph did make me laugh. Just take care when you chop the firewood... Seriously, the sensitivity does reduce reasonably quickly - which is a major relief, as I remember all too well.
Well done indeed for holding off from any sexual activity for the time being; if only all the men who posted on this forum were as sensible.
There's a guy here who had sex within 3 WEEKS. And it got infected. Unbelievable. 3 weeks I was still wearing gauze in my underwear just to not scream in pain, let alone trying to put it to work.
Makes you despair! There are some foolish people about, without a doubt. What's a couple of months out of your whole life? Were I the partner, I'd be saying 'No way, boy. I'm not having that inside me!!!' Apologies for editing the post. I waited about 6 weeks to a couple of months before attempting anything sexual. What I found helped enormously was wearing tight underwear that held my penis firm and unable to move too much. I also wanted to mention that when flaccid, the glans is more wrinkled than before, but fine when erect. I am sure you'll be more than delighted when you come to put your 'new' penis to use in a few more weeks' time. Sine
I'm at 3 months, I'm in Australia, my scar still hurts and is hard , raised and lumpy. I rub coconut oil into it which I use as lube to have a gold old wank and I quite like it but the sensation is not as good as when i had my hood. The scar softens up after the oil rub but goes back to how it was in a day or two.
Alright, thanks for sharing. Please give an update in the near future.
Hey, I'm pretty sure the lumpyness around the scar are subcutaneous continuous sutures, and the 3 lumps would be the knotted ends of of those sutures. And there's probably more than 3 sutures. It's probably 3 groups of several Sutures. That was how it was in my case, except i had 4, not 3.
Man, there are so many intricacies involved with circumcision healing. I've read nothing anywhere online about these things. Only found out about them when I myself saw them from week 1.5/week 2 onward. I'm finishing up my 5th week and they don't look as prominent as the beginning.
That's good. Maybe your doctor used sutures that don't take forever to dissolve. I figured out a way to remove mine, by just pushing the knot one way or the other, after cutting /breaking one of the tiny stitches outside, along the scar. My doctor ok'ed it. Said there wasn't any risk in me doing so. They were driving me crazy. So itchy and irritating.
