Its completely different. Initially you may not like the change. You have to forget how it was and relearn how it is now, which takes time.

With a foreskin most of us moved it to stimulate. Being circumcised now, stimulation is mostly on the glans. Its different.

Also, its different from full Circumcision where glands are exposed permanently but in partial it’s exposed only when having an erection (especially during morning wood or in the underwear) my concern is how long it took for you adjust into that ?

My glans are covered all my life even during erection. I’m just going for Circumcision to remove extra skin that’s hanging above glans.

Why only a partial circumcision? Mine is high and loose but I don't consider it a partial. My glans can be mostly covered in the flaccid state, but will also stay retracted sometimes. If really depends how flaccid it is.

I adjusted right after the circumcision because I had kept the foreskin retracted maybe half of the time for a few years. If the adjustment period is why you only want a partial, the best thing might be retracting as much as you can now to get used to it.

You might want a little more removed, but still keep it on the loose side. I don't have any before pictures because I really didn't like the way it looked before being cut.

Probably not to loose the sensual sensitivity of the glans and undamaged frenulum and still keeping majority of nerves of prepuce and to have the opportunity to reconsider for revision if situation occurs as such procedures are usually irreversible.

Another reason is if foreskin covers enough of glans in flaccid state when erect it retracts exposing glans but on the shaft the skin is loose which will cause less friction. I think that’s ‘high and loose’ too ‘partial’ is just generic term opposed to ‘full Circumcision’.

And relate to the before and after results with yours. I think that’s like ‘high and loose’ cut. In your case, glans are exposed more. I could be wrong I’m assuming.

P.S. ‘low cut’ term in above is used by surgeon is one of parameters of the device used in the video.

I've seen his video's before. I don't really know much about the circumcisions done with a device. Mine was done free hand, and that allowed for me to get the V-cut with the frenulum left. I'm extremely happy with the results. I could go a revision in the the future, but for now, I like it the way it is.

Good for you with the results. My purpose was to suggest you to watch the Video so i can compare the results with patient in the video if you refrain from showing your results. As i’m also trying to reach that specific patient in the video. In the meantime i kinda relate that case with yours. Most guys get full Circumcision and rarely like yours or partial or high/loose that’s what I’m interested in.

Which specific video? My Urologist prefers the loose cut on guys where there a big difference between the flaccid and erect state which is the case with me. I also wanted to have some gliding action there, because women I've asked have told me they prefer it over there being a lot of friction. I'll probably post some pictures again when the area where the skin was joined together finally blends in entirely.

I had more skin removed than the patient in the video, and wouldn't have wanted that much left behind. I prefer the glans to be exposed more, but still want it on the loose side. I also think the free hand technique allows for keeping a larger percentage of inner foreskin, and also a higher cut.

Well, conventional methods have more complications. Scissors and stitches can go either way even if you are in good hands.

Btw if you have preserved even more inner foreskin and higher cut then your phimotic ring must’ve been wide (damn!!) or dorsal slit ? otherwise foreskin can’t retract back.

unlike that patient whose 25% prepuce was cut short because he opt for removing only the tight phimotic ring and lengthening frenulum. (Free hand would have removed the same I can’t evaluate the difference but more chances of surgical complications with scissors)

If you have tight phimotic ring you can’t preserve that inner or outer foreskin of the RING. There’s no way, that gotta go.

I would say it is a lot better post-circumcision. I had phimosis, hence I had to undergo Circumcision. Before circumcision, I could never see my glans nor touch it. It was completely covered by my foreskin. Also during masturbation I would last roughly 15 minutes on an average after a vigorous session of handjob. Now after circumcision, I can see my entire glans and play with it as I wish to. Yes, I have to use lubes to make up for the foreskin lost.
