it is small when there is no erection and it also grows when there is erection it does not hurt it is hard I am not only comfortable especially in sex

it is under my fresh end scar 'it does not accompany the movement of the skin it is underneath it does not move

Dissolvable stitches will naturally dissolve or push their way out of the skin and drop out naturally if it does appear to start to fall out do not pull it out let it naturally fall out like showering etc. Keep monitoring it abs if you have any concerns speak to your doctor or a better suited medical profession.
