Sudden Hard lump on circumcision line

I’ve just had a really sudden bump on my circumsicion line even through I got circumcised as a baby, what does it look like? It’s hard and kind of painful but only if you press on it. I’m worried but I’m 16 and I don’t know what it is as it’s so sudden and big.

Hi Man, I'd have it checked out straight away it's not normal to have any lumps like that it's probably something simple maybe a cyst but it should be checked with your doctor. And don't be embarrassed or worried about going to your GP they're there to help you.

It’s actually come down a lot, it was extremely sudden and weird and when I woke up it was smaller. I think that because it’s going down it will be fine but if it’s not I’ll go to my gp. Thank you so so much for your time!

That's good man maybe it was just a little swelling after some exercise. just keep an eye on it and if it doesn't improve have it checked

It may be a cyst that has developed: they are quite a hard nodule to the touch but are nothing to worry about as they are not harmful. Get it checked by a GP for a definitive diagnosis. If it is a cyst it can be removed under local anaesthetic.

Thank you! It has gone down quite a bit and does look a lot smaller, I just think it was something like a pimple due to blockage so nothing to worry about if it does go away, thank you though!
