Hard vein underneath circumcision scar

Hello! About 1,5 month ago I had a total circumcision in order to eliminate the scar problem from previous OP, which wasn't a scar but not enough cut out skin.

Anyway, 1,5 month since total circumcision/revision it's healing pretty good. I started applying scar cream and it slowly but visibly gets smoother. Everything would be fine except one thing.

About 2,5 weeks in post total circumcision, I've masturbated and the next day my veins (I think those are veins, cause they feel and move like veins) in few places got hard and painful. Over the course of two-three weeks the pain faded out but the swollen veins still remain. Although they got a bit smaller and smoother since then. But they are still present and very uncomfortable. Are they ever going to disappear after some time? If so, how long should I wait? Should I be worried?

Also, there are no changes outside, like on the skin, the color is the same, everything looks normal. It's just when I press it I can feel it, especially during erection.

After 2 months of my circumcision, I also expirianced same after mastrubation. But no pain, only little swollen veins on penis.

Before circumcision i never noticed big veins on my penis, even after circumcision. But after 2 months I started mastrubation frequently then I noticed this issue. So I stopped mastrubation, size of veins decreased but still visible.

I think it will resolve on its own.

Well let's just hope it will go well for us. I also started using heparin gel, hopefully it will help with the blood flow.

If there will be no visible improvement in the next month I will need to visit the doc.

The thing is though there are no skin changes on the outside whatsoever. Everything looks normal, there is no swelling present, it's just noticeable only when pressed on. It's more of a inside change rather than outside.

UPDATE

It's been 4 Months since my issue with veins so here I come with an update. The hard veins dissolved/disappeared, what helped me was time and most importantly abstaining from masturbation. After some time the swollen veins disappeared (didn't felt anything when I touched the area where it used to be). In the end I'm very reliefed, and hopefully if someone will have similar issue, please, ABSTAIN FROM IRRITATING PENIS, LET IT REST. That is all. Thanks!
