Penis pain after std

Hi All, I had an STD with a discharge back in late 2018, After seing a doctor the discharge cleared in an hour, but the pain never went away, i have tested more than 10 times for infection all tests are comming back negative, the pain i have is at the base of the base, near the head, on the urethra. I have tested positive for herpes type 1. The pain i have comes back after i had sex or mastubated, then it sort of last for about 3 days average, i always take anti inflammatory tables and supplements. I have taken almost all posible uti herbs that are on the internet, i drink an average of 1.5 liters of water daily. I have been to two different a urologist with no help, when both results turned negative both urologist said that my condition doesnt make sense, one even mention that this might be on my head, but it is not.

Strangle thing is that i can live my life happly with no sex, once i do sex few hours later the pain will start building up, i always use a condom, the girlfriend that gave me the STD we brokeup.

What a difficult situation. I am not a doctor like the other members of the forum but given when your problem happens a couple of things cons to mind. One would be an urethral structure caused by your infection that is irritated by ejaculation. The other, despite your age, is a prostate problem. Have you had cystoscopy to see what is towards the lower part of your urethra?
