Very sensitive glans

I cured my phimosis earlier this year (hooray) but my glans are still pretty sensitive. I began running water at various pressures over my head back in April and it is definitely less sensitive now, but I am still unable to get a blowjob or rub my glans with my hands.

I'm not even sure how my glans are supposed to feel. I'm 27. Any advice for reducing sensitivity to the point where I can enjoy sex?

I had some slight trouble retracting my foreskin too. Soon it got better, but my glands are so very sensitive and I can’t touch them...

You guys pls be patient roll back ur foreskin apply coconut oil regularly and wash with warm water …all of you suffering with sensitive glans will be good in no time …keep touching it with your palm not ur fingers as it might get infected….and it will pain for some time a little bit when u start but I think anyone can handle a little bit Regards,

Also try running the spray from shower on the head to gently introduce pressure.
