Just detached foreskin from glad

Hey guys I had surgery of Phimosis, I just got detached my foreskin from gland and it's been 20days now, I'm feeling bit tight skin around 70 to 80%.

So is it gets normal.

But before surgery it retracts properly, problem was feeling too tight near neck of penis because of foreskin connected to tip of gland.

So please guide me.

Swelling is a common result of penis surgery. I am struggling to see why you had a circumcision as you what you describe having is not phimosis but mire like frenulum breve.
