Tight foreskin but, no real pain

I’m 23 and I have a tight foreskin. I think i'm able to retract my foreskin to expose the gland when i'm not erect.

But, whenever i think of doing it, i think i'm going to hurt myself or, that it's going to get stuck there forever.

Even though it's probably normal for most of you.

For me this is considered normal.

I don't have any pain otherwise, when showering or masturbating

(instead of going up and down it's, down and up in the foreskin itself.)

Like a lube basicly.

But it basicly also started because i masturbated wrong my whole life.

I'm not really keen on having children and masturbation is fine for me.

I did have sex well tried to have sex with my partner. But, whenever we try, it doesn't hurt but feels so weird. There's no real feeling though, as in satisfaction or pain. It's like a lifeless limb. But whenever i do masturbate, then i do feel stuff.

Is it a problem and do I need to worry for long term effects?

If your foreskin is tight when erect you may benefit from seeing a doctor to prescribe a steroid cream that you can use while doing stretching exercises on your foreskin.

Don’t go with circumcision because as i do and i feel like lost many things and also it’s more painful then other all treatment so go with other treatments like cream and streching excercise for 6 month show to doctor but don’t forget to told like you need solution other then surgery so doctor will suggest other options

Honestly the sex never bothered me that much, I'm just concerned if there any long term issues that come with it. But i'll definitely let my doctor know.

Whatever you do - going forward - whether now or 20+ years from now - and your doctor might tell you this... so long as you have tightness, you always will have to keep watch. If ever - EVER - there is any kind or blister or redness or any kind of spot or anything that looks odd - dermatologically speaking, then make sure to run it by your doctor.

I agree with the suggestion to try stretching, possibly with steroid cream. There is nothing physical stopping you from having a full sex life the way you are. But, as you suggest if the foreskin pulls back it could be difficult to pull it back up again. I know, this happened to me. Using a condom will stop this from happening, but I found with regular 'use' the foreskin moved up and down more easily, though not as easy as it was deigned.I don't think you masturbated wrong, just differently.

Surgery is an option, but a last resort in my opinion. Try that stretching.

Good luck

I think you are already experiencing the full problem and it seems quite a serious one to me. I don't imagine anything else going wrong with your body, so maybe you can relax a bit about that. However, there seems to be something strange going on in your relationship. I hope I'm wrong.... Masturbation is one experience, but sex with a partner can be beautiful. mutually pleasurable and very bonding and fulfilling, so I wonder what your partner's experience is?

We're both demisexuals, so we don't need the "sex" in the relationship really. We're more keen on connecting on an inner level through emotions and conversation than on sex. But if she wanted to have sex with another guy i wouldn't have it against her. I'm very open to it.

OK, I'll stop worrying for you!

You should be able to pull your foreskin back to expose your glans and pull it forward to cover it again without any pain, tightness or struggle.

This is essential for enjoyment of sex, but also so you can clean the glans and inner foreskin.

Look into stretching the foreskin opening first.

There is also a procedure called a dorsal slit that may be helpful.

Circumcision should only be considered as a last resort.

What way did you masturbate that was wrong?

There is a medical term for it.

But i forgot what it was called...

Basicly, whenever i want to masturbate instead of using the skin to go up and down...

I use the skin to press or squeeze it to go down and up.

To put it into a scenic view:

I use the foreskin as some sort of elevator shaft and the gland as the elevator.

It's the same effect of reaching an orgasm but the semen goes out from the gland over the foreskin and then outward and i have to push it out and then take a shower basicly.

Oh I have been doing this since I’ve been masturbating, what was the solution for it?

TuriVonhoven profile image

Well the problem is, i'm afraid of stretching it all the way. As in pushing the foreskin over the gland.

If you want to have sex, you need to do this otherwise you won't be able to.

What i'm trying to do is doing stretching exercises now like a couple of guys here have mentioned. I'm unsure, wether this'll help and it may vary to your situation too.

I’ll just have to try and see, I’ve also been stretching and it’s working slowly so hopefully it works, I’m still only young so hopefully it will work out, hopefully works for you too.

Well, i'd definitely like to hear from you, if you don't mind. If it hurts or not or if it gets stuck there or not. That's my main concern. Because i don't have any pain now. But if i do get pain from it afterwards then it's not even worth my time.

I will let you know, I’m getting closer and closer each day. A few times I’ve pulled it over my head and got erect whilst it was there, it was fine and didn’t hurt, I could feel my banjo stretching a bit tho, it would be easier to show than say so this is the most I can do sorry 😅

I don't want to see dick pics XD especially not from a minor. But over text is always better when it comes to these kinds of conversations!
