Bandage still on and hasn’t fallen off

I was circumcised 2 weeks ago and there is still a strap of bandages wrapped around the stitches. Idk what to do with them should I try take it off or see if it falls off?

The initial bandage should only be left in place for the period your doctor told you, or 2 days, whichever is the longer. Keeping it on too long risks infection.

Hi mate, you really should of removed the pressure bandage on day 3. Your bandage will not fall off by itself please do remove it using warm salt water using clean sterile scissors slowly peel it off cutting strips off the bandage leaving a small tab to pull on repeat the process until you have removed it fully. You can do this in the bath this will help make it much easier and shouldn’t hurt you when you peel it off. The water doesn’t have to be too high just enough to cover your penis then shower and dry your penis.

Clean your penis and get it dry. If you feel that you need to wrap a new bandage on do so if not leave it exposed and monitor it.

Check it over fully and possibly contact your surgeon or doctor make sure you have not caused yourself an infection.

Continue to maintain it washing it twice a day at least in a quick shower.
