3 weeks of laser circumcision and the wounds still look fresh

My wounds are hypersensitive and still very fresh.

I think stitches fell off within a week.

Please suggest

Ideally it should have been drying well but yours doesn't seem so. Would suggest you to get in touch with your doc as infection and improper post op care of the wound may lead to slower healing and undesirable could consequences. Always keep the area dry and hygenic and do you have anything oozing from the operated site ?

Yes, it is moist most of the time and discharges pus.

That is not healthy and you definitely need to see your doc. You should not be oozing pus for sure. Your doc might prescribe medications and antibiotics . Do not delay this as it is very important . All the best !

Thank you. I never pulled up skin this much but did yesterday, wiped with betadine wipes.

the wounds look good today I am concerned about the reddish inflammatory skin. Can I apply vaseline and petroleum jelly?

If I were you I would meet my doc first because infection is pretty serious and if not treated properly will lead to consequences. If your glans is sensitive you can use petroleum jelly but apply with clean hands and definitely dont apply if you have an active infection as you might end up spreading the infection to your meatus and urethra. Just happened to meet the doctor. He says there is nothing to worry about. The skin behind the glands have been hiding and have been wet, due to which they are looking reddish I need to keep it dry keep it exposed

The incision wounds will heal by themselves.

I'm not convinced yet and planning to consult another doctor..

I consulted another doctor today and he prescribed me Cefu (antibiotics) to continue for a week and fudic cream to apply on it.

Laser circumcisions are ridiculously difficult and has bad impact on foreskin. Its better to go with cutter or stapler method like prepex or zsr
