I only recently understood what circumcision is so I've been doing some stretches but it's really difficult to touch the head at all, and the line seems to be stuck to the top part. What I mean is that I can get the head out but there's a thing stuck to the top of it and I can't really get any answers from google that don't say surgery, and I can't tell my parents that...

Hi Man, I think the piece of skin you are referring to is your frenulum this is a normal part of the penis anatomy. it can be short or tight which can cause discomfort and a degree of phimosis. if you are concerned you should have things checked with your doctor
