Hey, two days ago I received a Blowjob from a girl.

Then the next day in the evening I had Red spots on my Penis Gland (head/Tip)

What are these spots. Do they go away on its own? What kind of treatment should I seek?

Though there is no pain or sore, no itching of any sort. I can urinate easily and as I used.
