Tiny red spots all over my penis shaft

Just had anal sex (topped) with a guy about an hour ago, and notice the shaft of my penis is covered with tiny red spots. Not raised and don’t feel them at all. None on the head. I am circumcised. Surely too soon to be an STD. Could these be caused by wearing a cock ring either too tight or too long? Anyone ever experience this?

Yes the spots seem more like tiny blood blisters. I’ll give it a couple of days to see if it improves

Good news. Red spots disappeared on their own within a day or two. Must have been caused by cock ring constriction or pounding too roughly.
