Weird lines on penis head

Not sure what's going on here. no itchiness no irritation. Think it might be scars from hitting my wife's iud and it cutting me. Any ideas? Googling hasn't turned up anything similar in the least.

Doctor saw it during physical and didn't mention anything about it

Hi Man, you need to have it checked with your doctor again or a referral to a dermatologist and get treatment before it spreads anymore. Dose you wife have any symptoms?

Mine had that a little after my operation. Just need some moisture. And antibiotic cream or coconut oil helped out tons. Just gotta let it heal More

Are you intact with foreskin usually forward or retracted, or are you circumcised. Is this matter you can feel? Does it rub off?

Since when have you been having this issue. I think you should get it immediately checked. Your GP should be able to see you and refer you to GUM clinic to ascertain what is the issue. Please dont wait any longer. You should be able to convince your GP for a emergency appointment.

Do you have any updates? I've never seen this before. It sort of looks like smegma but I haven't seen such "neat" patterns before. I've had smegma issues sporadically when I was younger and uncircumcised if I had sex and didn't shower for a while.
