White skin on penis head

Hello guys. I am 20 yr old male and I have some white thing on my penis head lately , but i just realized today that it became larger. I wasnt paying much attention to the white skin because it was no harm to me, i mean it still doesnt hurt, itch or anything. I am wondering what it could be since it gives me no harm at all. I havent had sex in the last 3 years, so I can say it's not a STD. I was thinking if it was balanitis and what should I do ? I am kinda embarrassed to go see a doctor, I thought it was gonna go away.. Do you know any gel that would help ? postimg.cc/Cnf6Mwyn

Hi Man you need to have it checked with your doctor don't worry or be embarrassed showing them it's important to have it see to. it could possibly be lichen sclerosus your photo is not great. it needs to be diagnosed properly with your doctor.

Thanks for the reply, the weird thing is that it doesnt do anything, it doesnt itch, burn, etc. I might seek an online dermatologist.

Yeah it didn't itch for me either I did get balanitis and eventually phimosis at one stage it slowly spread you can check out my post if you want. How long have you had it? and can you retract the foreskin freely? do you have any other discoloration anywhere else?

Dont have any discolouration anywhere, i dont know since when i had it but it for sure grew up a bit since i started looking at it recently since i was thinking it would go away. About the foreskin it was stuck a bit at but i managed to get it off with warm water and a bit of pain then applied some gel which i had at home. My best guess is that this is balanitis. Do you think I can just get a gel online for balanitis and try it for a week or two ? Sorry for the broken english i just woke up 😅

Forgot to add that it only sometimes looks like that, the picture i took is right after taking a bath, but sometimes i can barely see it

I think if it was balanitis it would be uncomfortable for you the photo is not very clear to be sure. You could try some antifungal cream from the chemist but I would prefer to see my GP I know it's difficult at the moment to see them but you could phone them for a consultation at least.

Yah it is balantis. I had same. Some white patches and eventually had balanoposthitis. Treatment was antifungal tabs for balantis. For white marks. Dermatologist has given different cream. It got cured

Is it peeling? I agree with the others that it might be good to get it looked at. Mine kinda peels like that periodically around and inside my meatus. Finally have a firm appointment with a Dermatologist in a couple weeks after a referral from my doctor. You should do the same.

It doesnt peel, itch, burn, nothing. Everything is completely fine, i will proceed to watch it for another week or so, if it doesnt get smaller I will see an online dermatologist, thanks for the reply

Did you see a doctor about this, and if so, what did they say? Lichen sclerosus (aka BXO) definitely seems a possibility.

You need to see a urologist. It could be something very serious. Don't take your health for granted and get a professional diagnosis. Don't be embarrassed about seeing a doctor!
