Tips for post circumcision sensitivity

Hi All,

1 month today since circ but glans and especially underside of head and incredible sensitive without any dressing.

Makes just walking around really awkward and uncomfortable

Any tips on how to alleviate sensitivity or get passed it?

For me, I found that I had to keep my dressing on during healing, it was the only way to get rid of my sensitivity, 8 weeks post op and I now am doing very well, I can walk around with or without underwear, no dressing needed.

I usually massage the glans gently with petroleum jelly after cleaning and prior to re-dressing the wound to try and combat the sensitivity issue. Good to know that it will decrease after the healing is complete!
