HOLE IN PENIS?!

I was in the shower one day and saw that there was what I believed was smegma BEHIND the skin (not foreskin). So I for some reason pushed it out which created a small hole in between the shaft and foreskin. I thought it would heal. It didn’t. I tried to push out another piece recently which made the hole slightly bigger. Should I be worried? If so, about the “smegma”, the hole, or both? I’m really worried as this is my first penile problem.

If it was white and translucent, can be BXO. Doctor also can ask for a HPV test. Regards.
