Any idea what this is?

Hi there I was wondering if anyone knew what this white/yellow stuff is? I have realised it for a while and it doesn’t wash away at all but it’s only visible if I pull my foreskin really far back and this also makes me question does my penis look healthy to you? As this worries me due to this weird stuff.

Unfortunately, the flash has produced too much glare to be able to properly guess what your problem is. However an initial glance looks like Pearly Penile Papules (PPP) which are common and harmless.

However, you should see your doctor for a proper diagnosis and, if appropriate, treatment.
