What is this!

Day 21 post op.

I have started wearing underwear since day 15 and it feels fine. I've almost adjusted to the sensitivity.

However the incision still hurts a bit occasionally (during sleep, fast turning of the torso).

As you can see, the side of my penis as healed pretty well, but from the top I can see this white stuff. It isn't smegma, looks like candle wax and doesn't come off.

It was only the white stuff and very minute bleeding till day 15, which was understandable considering I had stitches.

But day 15 - day 21 I have been applying Neosporin powder, which helped me dry my stitches out quickly. However I can now see these little red blotches on that white stuff and I'm scared.

What is this? Is this part of healing? Or did Neosporin fuck me up or something?

Hi Man, it looks to be healing slowly some guys just do heal slower. I would use some salted water for washing. It is not sore or there is no smell? it might be best to have it checked with your doctor if you are not happy for your own peace of mind. Sensitivity can be a problem but it will ease down.

Doesn't salt burn open wounds? Won't it hurt?

No it shouldn't you don't need it to strong just have it tasting like seawater it will help you 👍

I still have that white stuff and I was circumcised as an infant. I too was wondering what it was. I think part of my glans was ripped apart in the process. Also it looks like the inner skin is fused to the glans in the right picture because there is a union line structure. I have this too. Do you see what I am talking about? Or maybe it was always fused and it was never broken apart in your circumcision. If I had to guess, you were circumcised for phimosis?
