Whitish patch on foreskin

I noticed this patch a week ago on my inner foreskin. It doesn't pain or itch

What it could be?

No it doesn't, but it is slightly raised

Ask your GP about the behavioural oddities of melanin and about vitiligo, although vitiligo is far less likely.
