Dry cracked glans and doubts whether my circumcision was done wrong

I am 17 year old teenager and recently I have been stressing about the appearance of my penis. I was circumcised at the age of 7. I have started ot notice that my glans is cracked and dry and wrinkled. I dont know why. I started masturbating when I was 13 years old. I now use coconut oil to masturbate. I also have doubts whether my circumcision was done right because unlike other circumcised penis I have seen i have a bit of foreskin left i think. I still have my frenelum. But for me my penis looks kinda bad and in other words ugly. Should I show a doctor about it. Or is there an issue like such as circumcision being done wrong

It is probable that after a newborn circ , the skin may still grow a little as the person grows up . If the glans is cracked , daily moisturiser that are non irritant and non chemical based would be ideal for you . If you are still worried about the appearance as such , best to meet a doc and get it sorted out. All the best !

The type of doctor you want to specifically talk to is a urologist. They can answer all of your questions. I learned that my doc preserved the frenulum part of my penis is that has a lot of functional sensation. At first, I thought it was ugly because from what i've seen in porn, those guys didn't have that.

Later on, I realized those guys were circumcised at birth and had the frenulums removed. In adult circumcision, those can be removed, but are usually done so if there is a medical reason. You can get it removed, but I've been told sensation will be lost.

Also, guys cut at birth will heal differently through the years than someone circumcised later in life. We have to look at later circumcisions to properly compare and assess what we should look like rather than guys circumcised at birth.

Oh thank you. I talked to a dermatologist, he said it looked normal and he gave me a cream to apply on the penis for a week and said to come back for another checkup after a week and that I can start applying moisturiser after that
