Dry Penis head and new tightness of foreskin

Hi all,

Quick query so recently my penis head has been very dry and it’s been very hard to pull back the foreksin. I did a quick google (Risky I know) it seems the problem is not hugely serious, Balinitis seems to match as does Psoriasis. Positively there is no blood when I wee or pain. No blood or real pain on the head. It is a tiny bit itchy at times. My foreskin is tough to pull back tho and the shaft is dry. Is the there any home remedies to solve this or is it safer to go and get antibiotics as a quick search suggests it’s not hugely serious ??? Any help much appreciated

You need to be using the right medication for the problem you have. For that you will need to see a doctor. A wrong self-diagnosis and a useless treatment could leave you with a worse problem. Take care.

Self treatment and esp with antibiotics can lead to worsening of the condition , no change and at times you develop resistance to the antibiotics and when you take it the next time it won't work . If it's itchy , tighter than usual and since you seem to have trouble with it being dry and retracting , it sounds like a infection that can involve the foreskin. The best course of action would be to meet a doc who would rule out the cause and give the appropriate treatment. Please keep in mind that self treatment is never the answer . All the best !
