I’m 27 and have always had a right hand curve to my penis when flaccid and erect.
It curves about 30 degrees just below the head to the right.
I also can not fully retract my foreskin. I can get it maybe 3/4 the way back with plenty of lube and patience.
My frenulum is on the left hand side not underneath like most is that normal
Sex without a condom is uncomfortable.
It might be sensible to get your penis checked. You may have a Peyronies type deformity but that needs an examination to diagnose.
I have no lump and has always been curved
Mine has been curved all my adult life. It has never been a problem.
That is still an unusual curvature just under the glans. Most curved penises involve the whole of the shaft. It is obviously causing you problems so an investigation to see if those problems can be removed might be a way forward.
A curve is not uncommon and can be a cause of extra pleasure.
Warning signs are progression of the curve, pain, hard tissue in your penile shaft.
