Foreskin attached to penis head...

Hey everyone, I’m 17 years old and am currently having a problem inwhich a part of my foreskin is attached to my penis head, I am able to pull my for skin down quite a bit but not full length, I’ve seen a doctor and he gave me cream to loosen it however it hasn’t really worked, I’m still a virgin and a little worried how it will impact my sex life as I get older, it doesn’t go full way down and can be sore if I try to push it. Could anyone possibly help or give advice. Thanks.

Well we all have them. In some bouts it can be a bit short. You should really go see your doc and he can examine you and advise appropriate treatment.

Yh I’ve been to the doctor a while ago and he gave some steroid cream to loosen it but it didn’t really work, do you know if it’s common in guys?

A number of guys do have that problem - frenulum breve - and sometimes stretching exercises with steroid cream wi improve it. The only other way to solve that issue is by having the frenulum surgically cut.

Ah okay this has been really helpful, I’ve still got the cream so I’m gonna continue doing it for a couple months and see how I goes again, and yeah the doctor said it may have to cut it but would be a long wait, also last question it’s a bit embarrassing but will have an impact a sexual life? Thanks

It will not necessarily affect your sexual life. There would be a risk that it could tear but that is by no means guaranteed.

The steroid creams do work but you must apply tension with your hands. Several times per day, retract your foreskin to its limit and hold for a minute. Do not cause pain. In a few days, you'll notice a difference.

Hi. Unfortunately the frenulum can be the hardest part to stretch but do keep trying. If it doesn't work you can have it surgically cut (frenectomy) or even lengthened, an op called frenoplasty (I think!) It won't affect your ability to have intercourse if it doesn't affect your ability to masturbate but it can tear. Even that isn't a catastrophe but not pleasant. Good luck

Hi the frenulum is quite difficult to stretch but keep going the steroid cream should help. if however it doesn't improve then a frenuloplasty would probably be your best option but a urologist will give you the best option on this. All the best

Rather than retracting your foreskin and tensioning the frenum for a minute or two ... PULL OUT, instead with your fingers Pull out to the point of pain, but not beyond, and continue to put tension on the frenum for a minute or two. Continue daily exercises ... and eventually your frenum will begin to grow new skin cells, making retraction easier, and giving your frenum enough new length to help prevent tearing during intercourse.

Hey buddy I had that problem when I was younger, you have to yank that bad boy. Or when you have sex it will tear. I would wait to have sex. It’s like like the male cherry popping.
