Get to a doc ASAP. You need treatment. Don't expect for it to heal by itself and it may lead to serious complications. Please stop putting chemicals of any kind on your penis.

What kind of serious complications?

It may lead to irritant dermatitis , severe pain , burns , rashes and loss of sensation. The glans is very very sensitive.

No more Dettol. See a doctor or nurse urgently!

Dettol liquid is not used here. I found out it contains chloroxylenol. On usage information is said : Do not use undiluted. I think Dettol solution is too strong on wound care. There is no 'have to use' povidone iodine (Betadine) , chlorhexidine, chloroxylenol to get a wound healed.

don't use dettol, uniodized salt water is better than dettol.

even if you use dettol, you have to dilute it with more water if it cause stings and discomfort.

NEVER put Dettol or other strong antiseptics on a healing wound as they actually destroy new skin.

These antiseptics are for use well diluted to clean a new wound that may be dirty (never the case with a surgical cut), but never on healing skin.

Hi zackjohson under no circumstances must you use dettol or any chemicals on you bits to wash in that area you need DERMOL 200 this is very good gear and when you dry off you can re apply or use and good fragrance free moisturiser or you could also use vasalene which is also good if your in any doubt go see the doc take care and good luck
